Heart Health Community (HHC) connects heart health professionals with their patients, and with each other.

HHC seeks to improve heart health outcomes by providing a superior source of curated information, designed to better inform and educate individuals seeking to improve their heart health.

HHC enables Cardiologists, Cardiac and Vascular Specialists, Hospitals, Doctors, NP's, PA's, PT's, Dietitians, Nutritionists, Wellness and Rehab Centers, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies, Associations and their patients to:

1) find and connect with others that share their granular heart health conditions and interests

2) save time as they research information and buy products and services to improve their heart health

3) access articles, educational videos and the latest news, consolidated from multiple sources, about their heart health issues and

4) find heart healthcare related jobs

5) find and attend virtual and in-person heart health related events

HHC is free to join for individual members, Nurses and PA's.

Heart Health professionals pay a fee to host and operate their Professional Groups on HHC.
