Rex Winters, M.D., FACC
Dr. Rex Winters is the founder and president of HeartScape Cardiovascular Center of Orange County. He is also the medical Director of Invasive Cardiology at Long Beach Memorial Heart and Vascular Institute (LBMHVI). Dr. Winters is Board Certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Winters’ outpatient practice includes cardiovascular consultation, echocardiography, treadmill and nuclear stress testing, vascular ultrasound and screening, as well as advanced cardiac imaging. His inpatient practice encompasses cardiovascular consultation, echocardiography, stress testing, treatment of structural heart disease, coronary and peripheral angiography and intervention. Additionally, Dr. Winters plays an active role within the ER on-call system for critical cardiac patients at LBMHVI.
