J. Eduardo Corso, MD, FACS, is a vascular surgeon in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. He sees patients at Fairview Hospital in Fairview Park and the Avon Family Health Center in Avon.

Education and Training: Dr. Corso completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University, NasHVTIlle, Tenn., with a double major in chemistry and English. He returned to his native Georgia to earn his medical degree at Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine, Augusta, Ga.  Dr. Corso completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Emory University, Atlanta, Ga., where he was chief resident in his final year. For his subspecialty training, he came to Cleveland Clinic for a two-year clinical fellowship in vascular surgery.

Publications and Speaking: Dr. Corso has presented at several surgical conferences, speaking on minimally invasive repair of complex abdominal aneurysms.
