Our Philosophy
Luminary Nutrition LLC is dedicated to helping our client’s shine bright and stay that way. We believe in helping clients identify and heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and their health so that they can find peace within themselves and shine bright again. We want to help our clients put an end to health-harming practices and diets. Instead, we help clients develop their own personalized nutrition plans that nourish their bodies and souls in a sustainable way. As part of our efforts for sustainable health, in conjunction with a growing body of current research, we choose not to make weight our focus. Everyone has a right to pursue health regardless of their body size and to be treated with value and respect. We choose to look past numbers on the scale and instead look directly to improving health markers and behaviors that stand in the way of sustainable health.

Elora Bazanele, MS, RD, LD
Hi, I’m Elora Bazanele! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor whose passion is to help others find peace with food and their bodies by learning to eat without diets, fear, or guilt.
As a strong advocate of Health At Every Size®, I understand how important it is to provide respectful, aware, and compassionate nutrition therapy for all bodies. I do not make weight-based goals with my clients and instead, focus on the root causes and behaviors that affect their health and peace with food and their body. My goal is to see my clients as the whole and amazing persons that they are and to be their cheerleader along the way.
My specialties include: Intuitive Eating, body image healing, medical nutrition therapy using a gentle nutrition approach, and recovery from disordered eating, chronic dieting, and binge eating,
