Cooking doesn’t have to be hard!
While personal cheffing for busy families I realized that on days when I didn’t cook or they were out of meals I’d prepared…they had fast food and shitty pizza in their fridge or trash when I would come back to cook. This actually made me super bummed…I was really surprised that they chose these foods when I didn’t cook for them! I turned that frustration into inspiration, and decided to created a way to teach time saving cooking skills to busy families!
I knew that I could help busy families and that they want weeknight meals to be quick, easy, and delicious! Not one off recipes, not meal plans, and not how to meal prep...but the actual skills to make them faster & better cooks + with ways to get the family involved too! So, I created a virtual course and community to build cooking skills, family bonds, and kitchen confidence!
Cooking at home on a busy weeknight is challenging, but I’ve seen my clients and their families have amazing success! My clients are not only less stressed about cooking, but they are also more confident using the foods they have on hand to make a quick & delicious meal! They gain more family time and practical cooking skills!

A BIT ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE & WHY I CAN HELP YOU GATHER ‘ROUND LA CUCINA…
I worked in several fine dining restaurants from NYC to Vegas and learned quick cooking skills chefs use when prepping & cooking.
I hustled through culinary school & became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to show busy families that healthy & delicious can not only be in the same sentence…but also on the same plate! 🙌
I’ve taught these time saving skills to busy families & have seen awesome results!
Oh and as a registered dietitian…I don’t push nutrition. I believe, if you learn different ways to enjoy a variety of foods...the “good for you” part just falls into place.
OUTSIDE OF WELLNESS CUCINA…
I currently live in Germany (Air Force wife life) with my awesome, mustache rocking husband, and sassy New Mexico pupper, Luna.
I L.O.V.E. playing around in my kitchen…learning how to make dishes from other cultures and creating new meals with what I have on hand. There is always something to learn!
Sunshine is my jam…you can find me outside running with my pupper, long boarding, or paddle boarding…and during the winter shredding the slopes. 🤙
My guilty pleasure is watching rom-coms. 😅
When I am not working with you, I love to travel, explore new food, and find an amazing cup of coffee!
